The two-hour Presidential candidate documentaries , according to the Hollywood Reporter, were through the roof and then some earlier this week.
On Monday, the Barack Obama doc — hosted by Bill Hemmer — averaged 2.3 million viewers, according to Nielsen Research.
The next night on the John McCain doc, more than 2.6 million viewers took a look.
Both nights watched the docs club the competition, including MSNBC’s Countdown with 1.1 million viewers, CNN’s Election Center with 687,000 tuning in and even the show they were displacing, “The O’Reilly Factor,” which averages just about 2.2 million.
FBLA isn’t sure whether to congratulate Fox for creating incisive documentaries about relevant topics. Or to shudder.
