NYP Shows Compassion For Corzine's Critical Condition

Cooper University Hospital officials said Friday that doctors hope Gov. Corzine will come off a ventilator in a few days, but the situation is impossible to predict. Meanwhile, Corzine, who sustained severe injuries in a car crash Thursday evening, remains heavily sedated to relieve pain, Dr. Steven E. Ross, head of the trauma unit at Cooper, said.
