No More Secrets: Bush Library to Go to SMU

Following up on a post from the other day about the “uncertain on paper only” decision about where to place the George W. Bush Presidential Library, it was announced that it will, officially, be place at Southern Methodist University. There’s a good batch of additional information, should you find yourself interested, over at Architectural Record. Here’s some:

The document outlines a 145,000-square-foot library and 40,000-square-foot public policy institute on “property that SMU recently acquired.” The project must be compatible with “the distinct architectural character of SMU,” i.e.,
