Newspapers Vs. Twitter: Cast Your Vote!
Mashable is holding an interesting little poll asking its readers from where they obtain their news: newspapers, Twitter, neither, or a lil’ bit of both.
We’ll admit to finding out about most breaking news — from “suspicious packages” in Times Square to Rue McClanahan’s death — via Twitter, with newspapers acting as a means to get facts straight (140 character limits have a way of squeezing news into rather sensational little nuggets), or for more leisurely reading about, say, things to eat or do or see this weekend.
