News Corp., 21st Century Fox Might Move to 2 WTC in 2020
A new building to call home. Or home away from home.
News Corp. and 21st Century Fox are considering a move. When the current lease for both companies at 1211 and 1185 Avenue of the Americas expires in 2020, they could move to 2 World Trade Center.
According to a memo, the companies have signed a letter of intent to move headquarters, but have yet to make a final decision.
“There is much to be done before a binding agreement with SPI [developer Silverstein Properties] is reached, and renewing our current lease remains a possibility,” read the note. “The
