New York Times Liveblogging Phone Hacking Hearings
Today Rupert Murdoch and several others are facing questioning by Parliament regarding the phone hacking scandal, and The New York Times is liveblogging it, as well as providing live video from a TV station in London.
Paul Stephenson was the first to be questioned. Stephenson is the Metropolitan police chief, who resigned on Sunday night. Right now, John Yates is facing questioning. Yates was the assistant commissioner of London’s Metropolitan Police Service and a senior counterterrorism officer.
