NBC Bans The Hollywood Reporter After Reporter Sneak Into Upfronts Announcements
Deadline’s Nikke Finke is gleefully reporting that rival Hollywood gossip destination The Hollywood Reporter has been banned by NBC after one of the publication’s reporters snuck into the network’s rehearsals for its upfronts announcements and then revealed not only important information regarding NBC’s upcoming lineup, but also upcoming terrible jokes.
The THR reporter, James Hibberd, has able to sneak past security and into the network’s upfront presentation rehearsal so easily because there was no security present at the event.
