Manhattan Cuts Publisher, Associate Publisher

There have been some changes at Manhattan magazine. According to The New York Post, the magazine cut six staffers early this week, including publisher Leslie Wolfson and associate publisher David Baer.

Manhattan has already been operating without an editor-in-chief since James Heidenryleft for Star in late April.

For now, Matthew Carroll, head of national ad sales, is taking over publisher duties, but sources tell the Post that much is unsettled at Manhattan, as “tension between the national ad sales reps and the staff on the New York mag,” continue.
