Jobhunting? Look At Not Small Businesses, But Microbusinesses

A recent Careerbuilder survey asked employers whether they planned on adding staff in 2012.

The results…were not so encouraging.

Just 23 percent of employers said they’d add full-time staff. On the small business side, the numbers aren’t much better: just 21 percent of companies with 500 or fewer employees said they’d be hiring, while 20 percent of companies smaller than 250 people planned to add staff and 16 percent of small businesses with 50 employees or fewer say they will hire.
