Jim Ladd Out at KLOS
Jim Ladd, a legendary local disc jockey at KLOS (95.5 FM), was one of a dozen employees laid off by Cumulus Media earlier this week.
Ladd was on his third stint at KLOS, where he was on from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday-Thursday. He first started at the classic rock station in 1969.
“My disappointment is I didn’t have a farewell show,” Ladd told Gary Lycan of The Orange County Register. “I was very stunned and I still am.
