Interior Design Trends That Shouldn't Continue Into 2009

If you’re a relatively new home owner, like this writer is, we recommend you stay away from Newsday‘s “Bad Design Trends We Hope Die in 2009” because it picks on a lot of the things your realtor probably sold you on when you were looking at your place and you ooh’d and ahh’d like you were supposed to (we won’t name objects, but there are several in our home — though far more tasteful than what’s presented here, we’d like to believe).
