Huffington Post Announces It Annual List Of "Game Changers"
The Huffington Post has revealed their 2010 list of 100 “Game Changers” — “innovators, mavericks and leaders who are changing their fields and inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.”
This year’s list runs the gamut from local heros — like Jorge Munoz, the Queens bus driver who is committed to feeding the homeless — and Dr. Jill Biden, for her role in advocating for community colleges.
HuffPo founder Arianna Huffington (who writes about all 100 who made the list)also explains that some game changing happens in groups:
I’m definitely not the world’s biggest sports fan, but picking Detroit Tigers pitcher Armando Galarraga and umpire Jim Joyce as Game Changers was a no-brainer.
