Today’s lecture discusses how human resource departments can nurture their workforce even when the company is reorganizing and generally perpetuating a feeling of instability.
According to Group Talent director Arvinder Dhesi, corporations used to be able to foster faith through the image of celebrity CEOs. According to Dhesi, companies would propel the myth that these individuals had unfathomable powers and by trusting that they were the right people to run an organization, you would in turn be safe.
