GOOD Celebrates 10 Years With Artisanal Cover, New Verticals
GOOD Food launched today; the next quarterly print magazine arrives Sept. 1.
The next issue of GOOD’s quarterly print magazine comes out Sept. 1. We’ve got a preview of the cover, which reflects the combined vision of a San Francisco design studio and London-based artist.
GOOD partnered with Bay Area agency o Banquinho, a.k.a The Tiny Bank, which was started by former Wired creative directors Claudia de Almeida and Margaret Swart. For this particular image, the agency commissioned London-based artist Owen Gildersleeve, who specializes in paper sculpture. From GOOD EIC Nancy Miller’s internal memo:
We went with this layered paper concept – there are 10 colors/layers representing Good’s 10 years.
