Bloomberg Media Being Sued for Anti-Gay Discrimination
The Village Voice is reporting that Bloomberg Media is about to be sued for alleged anti-gay discrimination. The suit is being filed by Brian Martinez, Bloomberg Media’s former International Managing Director of Television. Martinez was let go by the company in July, and his suit alleges that his altercation with his boyfriend had something to do with it:
After a domestic violence incident with his then-partner, Martinez says his employer deemed him mentally incapacitated to continue working, though he says a doctor found him perfectly capable.
