Bloomberg BusinessWeek Hires Fortune's Wiley as Publisher

Bloomberg BusinessWeek has picked up Fortune publisher Hugh Wiley as publisher, Bloomberg announced today. He starts June 28, and replaces Jessica Sibley, who’s going to The Week.

Back in March, Time Inc. hired Jed Hartman to the then newly created position of group publisher for Fortune and CNN Money, while Wiley remained as Fortune‘s publisher.

Wiley had been at Time Warner since 1985. He has held a variety of positions there, becoming publisher of Fortune Small Business in 2001 and then associate publisher of the Time Inc.
