It’s not quite on the level of Harper Lee dropping the comma from the King James Bible version quotation “Go, set a watchman…” However, we very much enjoyed The Virginian-Pilot contributor Bernadette Kinlaw’s article this week about some other 2015 comma news.
Kinlaw, who has a Master’s in journalism from Northwestern and worked full-time at the paper for more than two decades, starts off her piece with a bit of Renaissance history. Then she gets to the heart of the local matter:
