ForbesLife, the bimonthly Forbes‘ spin-off focused on culture and lifestyle, has put Lorraine Cademartori at the helm of the publication in the role of executive editor. She has spent the previous 11 years as managing editor at the luxury magazine and worked as managing editor at Spy before that.

ORRAINE CADEMARTORI PROMOTED TO FORBESLIFE EXECUTIVE EDITOR
(New York, NY) November 18, 2009 — Forbes announced today that Lorraine Cademartori has been promoted to Executive Editor of ForbesLife magazine. In this position she is responsible for the editing and writing departments, features, and she oversees the magazine’s editorial production. She had served as the Managing Editor of ForbesLife since 1998.
“Lorraine plays a pivotal and perpetually multitasked role at ForbesLife,” said ForbesLife Editor Richard Nalley. “We are very glad that she is a part of our team.”
Prior to joining Forbes, Cademartori was the Founding Editor of American Spa magazine and the Managing Editor of Spy magazine
