Albany Times Union Ordered To Reinstate Staffers

Albany’s Times Union has been ordered by an administrative law judge for the National Labor Relations Board to reinstate 11 workers it laid off. The newspaper would also have to provide these workers with back pay and benefits. However, the Times Union has appealed the judge’s decision, saying the Guild was uncooperative during negotiations.
