WSJ's Greg Jaffe to WaPo

Greg Jaffe, one of the nation’s top journalists covering military affairs, is joining the National staff on March 16th. Greg comes to us by way of the Wall Street Journal, and fresh from co-authoring a book, “The Fourth Star,”
which delves into the careers of four prominent Army generals from 1970 through the Iraq war. The book, being published by Random House, is due out in September.

Greg will help shape and lead our military coverage at a time when the Obama administration is trying to disengage from Iraq while engaging more fully in Afghanistan.
