Torre and Hargitay at Stakeout Outside West Wing

Today, Wednesday, October 27th, Los Angeles Dodgers Manager Joe Torre and actress and advocate Mariska Hargitay of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit will hold a media availability at the stakeout location outside the West Wing immediately following the President and Vice-President’s event honoring Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  Torre, himself a survivor of a violent home, is the founder of the Safe At Home Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence and educating in order to end the cycle of abuse.
