If your inbox is a little light on pitches this week, it might be due to layoffs at the DC office of Porter Novelli.
On Friday, a tipster told us that PN had just laid off 10% of its Washington office. We contacted them for confirmation but shockingly, they did not respond.
Today, PRWeek reported that PN actually cut 15, not 10% of staff in Washington; leaving 89 employees in DC.
