Morning Mistake: The Headlineless Headline

This morning’s grand flub goes to WaPo for this display of online editing skills. Perhaps the mistake on Eli Saslow’s story can be excused away by the late hour  — it was 12:18 a.m. when they published. Or perhaps not. A FishbowlDC reader reported the headline goof to WaPo on Sunday. As of 8 a.m. this morning, the headline is still not fixed. At this rate, prospects of this happening are sketchy.
