First on FishbowlDC: FishbowlDC has learned from a reliable source that the new managing editor for the Los Angeles Times will be current assistant managing editor John M. Arthur. You’ll recall that managing editor Doug Frantz quit the paper recently to take a job with the Wall Street Journal.
