WNBC's Lynda Baquero Emcees AHA's Heart Ball Tonight
WNBC reporter Lynda Baquero is the emcee for tonight’s “2011 New York City Heart Ball–A Tribute to Heart and Stroke Heroes: Help, Heal, Hope.”
The American Heart Association’s 7 p.m. event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel has approximately 500 people expected to attend.
The event supports the fight against heart disease and stroke, the nation’s number one and number three killers, respectively of women.
Funds raised will be invested in research, professional education, advocacy and community service programs to help people live longer, stronger lives.
