Tori Spelling’s Yard Sale Goes Fine, But Media Confused by Reality Show

Tori Spelling’s sale would seem to be a big success, except for a strange little mistake about her new reality show that showed up in a number of pieces:

LA Times:

The entire event was videotaped for Spelling’s VH1 reality show, “So NoTORIous,” which is loosely based on Spelling’s life, except the program is scripted, in which the main character’s mom is portrayed as having an out-of-control shopping addiction.

The VH1 series was cancelled after one season.

KNBC and the AP report also made the same error. How sad is it when Perez Hilton gets it right?

Everything was caught on camera for Spelling’s new Oxygen network reality show, produced by the same creative crew that are doing Perez’s program, World of Wonder.

Or that were doing Perez’s show, when he had one.
