Tom Hanks Debuts 'Three Minute' Talk Show
Tom Hanks is pushing a new Web talk series—a really short talk show.
Hanks and partner Gary Goetzman’s production firm, Playtone (Mama Mia), have inked a deal with Lexus’ content venture LStudio to launch The Three Minute Talk Show. The Web series is a high-speed version of a traditional talk show produced exclusively for the Web. It will feature guest interviews and band performances.
Comedian Barry Sobel (Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise) and actor Fred Willard have signed on as the hosts of The Three Minute Talk Show.
