Tom Chiusano Steps Down At K-Rock

Tom Chiusano, or, as Howard Stern used to call him ”Tom Cheap-asano,” is stepping down as General Manager of New York’s K-Rock, 92.3 FM. Chiusano beacme famous for his on-air wrangling with Stern over the use of the delay button during the thick of his battles with the FCC before the move to satellite radio. Chiusano often found himself caught in between a Stern and a Moonves. From MediaWeek:
