TMZ Reports TMZ Not Returning Phone Calls Regarding Verne Troyer's Lawsuit
Last week, TMZ.com touted some breaking news that Verne Troyer is suing TMZ for $20 million because he claims the Web site “violated his rights by publishing and airing portions of his sex tape.” On June 25, the site posted parts of the tape, which it received from Kevin Blatt of One Night In Paris fame.
As is typical when ongoing litigation is involved, TMZ declined to comment. In the post, the site stated this fact by writing, “Calls to TMZ were not returned.”
