Someone must have been asleep on the job at the NYT‘s Copy Desk yesterday.
A Page 1 headline reads: “Data on Jobs May Hold Key to President’s”
Obviously they left off the word “Reelection.” But they don’t stop there, because when you’re making big mistakes, why not go for gold? The headline on the jump on p. 3 makes the same mistake; it reads: “Figures on Jobs May Hold Key to the President’s”
