Strike Watch: Crime Writers To Indict AMPTP Tomorrow
Tomorrow, however, goings on at the WGA East pickets should get particularly interesting as television procedural writers — who have thus far played a prominent role on the chilly pickets — are staging political theater. From the WGA East site:
”Tuesday the 18th, from 12 to 2, we’ll be back downtown in the heart of the Manhattan justice system, Foley Square, on Worth Street between Lafayette and Centre Streets. Crime show writers will be out in force to ‘indict’ the AMPTP, aka The Usual Suspects.”
