While the major studio business is floundering in Los Angeles these days, the porn business has been wildly successful. Until today.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s vice squad busted a major independent porn studio in Northridge, Falcon Studios, and shut them down. The charge is for failing to have a permit, adding to legal troubles for Falcon Studios which is facing other investigations for illegal drugs.

Adam Q. Robinson, who was recently given control of Falcon Studios when former President Todd Montgomery was fired, is being investigated by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office Halt Authority Task Force.

Robinson allegedly obtained the prescription drug, Viagra, under his own name and in turn, according to an insider, “was doling the drug out to male sex performers like candy in order to enhance their performance.”

The porn industry insider said that although it is the prevalent practice on most porn sets, Viagra, has become the party drug of choice in the gay world and apart from the adverse side effects that one might experience from taking the drug, if combined with with other drugs, it can potentially cause worse effects and or even death.

Director Russell Pachman, also known was Leif Gobo, was also briefly detained, police said. Pachman was neither questioned nor booked on any illegal drugs charges.
