President Obama's Statement on Lee & Ling's Release
Just shortly after Euna Lee and Laura Ling’s arrival back in the United States, President Obama made this statement on the White House South Lawn.
“The reunion that we’ve all seen on television I think is a source of happiness not only for the families but for the entire country,” the President said (via White House press release).
