Obama, Tapper, Condit -- and Baskin-Robbins
A riddle: What do President Obama, ABC News White House correspondent Jake Tapper, and former Rep. Gary Condit all have to do with Baskin-Robbins ice cream?
Answer: Obama once worked at a Baskin-Robbins in high school;it was his first job. (Check out an Access Hollywood interview here. “Everyone should like ice cream except daddy,” says first daughter Sasha. Obama admits he has no sweet tooth – ice cream isn’t really his thing.)
Tapper also worked for the ice cream giant for two years in high school, which he told C-SPAN’s Steve Scully in a radio interview Monday.
