Nook Color Gets an Exclusive In-Store Game
The hottest game for Android is now going to have content available just for NC owners to play in B&N stores.
Yesterday Barnes & Noble announced a deal with Rovio, the developer of Angry Birds, to offer NookColor owners a chance to get the Mighty Eagle character from the game. This character will only be available in B&N bookstores as part of the new game add-on, Angry Birds “Magic Places”.
“We are thrilled to partner with Rovio to bring NOOK Color customers in Barnes & Noble stores an exciting, seamless experience featuring the number one game in the world,” said Jamie Iannone, President of Digital Products, Barnes & Noble.
