Microsoft Blames Unnamed Third Party for Mysterious 3G Data Uploads

Soon after 2011 began, Windows 7 and Windows Phone 7 book author Paul Thurrot noted a concurred with a reader’s comment on his website that Windows Phone 7 had an issue of data being mysteriously being uploaded in large quantities (30 to 50MB per day) over 3G even when WiFi was turned on and accessible.
