Linda Wells' Beauty Supplement Is Here

The Wells Report makes its debut.

Linda Wells, the founding editor of Allure who was cut last year by Condé Nast, has made her Hearst debut.

Wells was hired by Hearst in March to oversee a special beauty supplement for Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire and Town & Country. Titled The Wells Report, the section will be mailed out to select subscribers of those magazines along with September issues.

Wells told WWD that the first edition of the Wells Report was “really focused on luxury” for obvious reasons ($$$).

Wells clearly enjoyed her time back in the magazine grind.
