Labor Day Weekend: very newsy

First of all, I want to bestow a surplus of public gratitude on my industrious sister over at FishbowlNY for covering for me on Friday. It’s actually quite moving that we’re able to cooperate like this; the sibling rivalry was pretty fierce back when we were toddlers growing up in the Fishbowlstein household (this was before the family shortened its name in an effort to pass in the WASPy world of media commentary). Anyway, I’m so glad we get along now.
