CQ Roll Call and “The Kojo Nnamdi Show” are teaming up with the Folger Shakespeare Library for a week of Congressionally-minded coverage on WAMU 88.5., announced Roll Call in a release today.
Beginning today until Feb. 6, the show titled “Kojo at the Capitol” will be broadcast live from the Folger Shakespeare Library on Capitol Hill.
“I couldn’t be more excited about this partnership because of our complementary missions. Congress loves Kojo, and it’s a real treat for them to have him up close for the week,” said Roll Call’s editor-in-chief Christina Bellantoni. “Even more fun for us — Kojo’s reflections on covering Congress in the late 1970s appear on Roll Call’s Monday front page.”
Kojo will be joined by several Roll Call editors and reporters, as well as many top members of Congress to discuss political and social issues surrounding the Capitol Hill area community.
