Jon Cohen To Become Post's Polling Director

Jon Cohen, assistant director of the ABC News polling unit, will join The Post as polling director in September. We interviewed a half dozen extremely qualified candidates, but Jon was right under our noses the whole time. As deputy for our long-time collaborator, ABC, Jon worked closely for over a year with Rich Morin and Claudia Deane, our now departed and much missed polling department, winning their respect and friendship.
