It appears that the California impact of the devastating Japanese earthquake triggered tsunami is much more dramatic this morning in northern parts of the state. KGO AM 810 news radio, San Francisco’s top-rated station, has been keeping listeners posted via the airwaves, the Web, and of course Twitter:
Where there are catastrophically generated waves, there are also usually opportunistic surfers. On its website, KGO also has the lowdown on some Santa Cruz boarders recklessly ignoring entreaties by lifeguards to return to shore.
