James Patterson Sells More Than 1 Million eBooks
James Patterson has sold more than a million eBooks, 1.14 million to be exact. The Hachette Book Group claims that he is the first author to do so.
Perhaps this number will excite authors and publishers who haven’t yet gone the electronic route. We’d like to see authors on our Favorite Authors, No eBooks list reconsider. JK Rowling may be coming around.
Patterson’s most recent novel I, Alex Cross, which came out last fall is the author’s most downloaded eBook.
