We’ve been around the block a few times and seen our fair share of architectural animations, but this one seems particularly cool. The mega-firm Herzog & de Meuron hired the mega-motion graphics company Tronic to put together the film below to show off their new building, 56 Leonard Street, in New York. It’s a whole slew of great eye candy. Our only question is why they decided to inflict great pain onto Chicago’s Millennium Park “Bean” sculpture along the way. What did its shiny metallic self ever do to them?
