Last night, that title should have gone to National Journal’s Marc Ambinder, who kept Hotline readers up to speed on last night’s election results with nine detailed emails between 4pm and 11pm.

A close second? Wonkette’s Alex Pareene who was doing a dandy job live-blogging the results until, well, by his own admission he suddenly became “DANGEROUSLY LOW ON TONIC” (9:35pm) and subsequently got distracted by the Twins-Tigers game (10:11…Oh, and Minnesota won).
