It looks like the long awaited Gingerbread (Android OS 2.3) update for the Nexus One is finally rolling out according to Engadget.

My Nexus One is apparently not yet in the firmware update queue in the cloud as I still have 2.2.2 on it. Nexus S owners may note that something is missing after the 2.3.3 update according to several sources.
