Fox 5 Gets A New Weather Anchor

0130magee.jpgWNYW-TV has just announced the hire of a new weather anchor, Melissa Magee. Magee will be handling the weather on midday broadcast Fox 5 News at 11.

Now here’s the interesting thing. Prior to joining Fox 5, Magee spent two years over at AccuWeather. Before that… she was a television anchor in Bakersfield and in Scottsbluff, NE. Making the move up the ladder from rural Nebraska to New York City? Awesome.
