Fitness magazine has launched a new workout-related app for the iPad called “Fitness Express Workouts.” The app, which retails for $1.99, features several 15-minute workout routines aimed at sculpting abs, arms, butt and thighs, as well as tips for a total body workout. Many of these routines include video demonstrations in addition to instructions and photos.
As the magazine’s editor in chief, Betty Wong, explains, the emphasis is on convenience:

Additionally, the app allows users to log in their workout sessions in order to better track their progress and share their stats via Facebook or Twitter.
