Did Times Photog Say ‘Please Cup Those’?

Remember that porno film shoot at Marc Jacobs‘ Bleecker Street store last week? The New York Times sent a photographer, and Page Six reports there might’ve been some, ah, less-than-spontaneous cupping in his shots:

A source at Lucas Entertainment, which is producing an adult-version remake of “La Dolce Vita,” tells us it was the snapper’s idea to pose Savanna Samson topless with co-star and director Michael Lucas cupping her bare breasts — defying the paper’s rules against posed pictures. Lucas Entertainment declined to identify the lensman. A Times spokeswoman said the photo editor claimed to know nothing about the incident.

Photoshopping smoke plumes in Beirut, it is not, but then again, if the Times can set up sex shoot shots, where does it stop?
