Washington-Post-Logo090310.jpgHere’s your chance to be a part of a great organization while beefing up your already outstanding portfolio. The Washington Post is looking for a designer to join its digital advertising operations department, so if you’ve got a creative mind and the skills to back it up, this could be the perfect gig for you.

As you may have guessed, you’ll be developing high-quality advertising concepts and be responsible for translating them into internal and external campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to execute ideas for Web, email, banners, print, sales presentations, brochures and more.

With just a year’s worth of experience in advertising or interaction design, and knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, you’ll definitely qualify as a candidate for the gig. But beyond computer programs and a strong understanding of online marketing, you’ll need to be well organized, detail-oriented and able to handle deadlines with grace. Interested? Apply here.
