Earlier today, CQ Roll Call announced the launch of an “all-in-one news and social media monitoring service” called CQ Media Scoop.

According to CQ Roll Call, the new service will give its subscribers the ability to track mentions of their company and its products, as well as other aspects of their business on the Internet — with over 300,000 blogs and over 60,000 news sources.

“We are very excited to add CQ Media Scoop to our already robust product portfolio,” said Roll Call’s chief client officer Meg Hargreaves in the announcement. “Now CQ Roll Call subscribers can track any mention of the people, organizations and issues important to them as part of their larger public relations, advocacy and government relations initiatives. CQ Media Scoop is the perfect complement to our CQ.com, Engage, Knowlegis and State Track offerings.”

Some of the features of the monitoring service will include the ability to create custom searches to round up daily mentions, and receiving everything in a single,” easy-to-use” platform that allows for easy data visualization.
